LoRa recv max payload length

The maximum payload size of LoRa is 64 bytes.
Is it possible to change the 0x40 to 0xFF (255 bytes)?
Or add a method to call:

void SX1272SetMaxPayloadLength(RadioModems_t modem, uint8_t max)
