LoPy TTN mapper for ttnmapper.org

Feel free to use our newest ttnmapper code for the ttnmapper.org project on https://github.com/ttn-be/ttnmapper.
The code is including a communication to a GNSS (GPS) modul providing the NMEA0183 protocol over the UART interface to get the actual position and sending the data to a general ttnmapper application to put your data on the ttnmapper map.
