pysense firmware upgrade

It is not fair for Windows users. I cannot upgrade the pysense and pytrack firmware in Windows environment.

I tried also raspberry but dfu-util always responds with

DFU suffix version 100
Match vendor ID from file: 04d8
Match product ID from file: f011
dfu-util: No DFU capable USB device available

@constantinos Just in case this is still a problem. I couldn't upgrade the pysense firmware at all in Windows or Linux using the instructions here until I used 'sudo' in Linux. I've not tried it yet but I imagine running the Windows command prompt in administrator mode may work.
