[SOLVED] Sigfox message error on backend

I have been trying to send sigfox messages to the backend. I've had it working a lot of times before but now I get an error on the Sigfox backend. I have attached a photo of it.

Any one know what is wrong?

Yes, sounds like you flashed your SiPy firmware and it lost the sequence number.

Now you need to "disengage sequence number" to reset it on the Sigfox backend. Simply go into device types and click on the device, you should get a pop-up menu that lets you choose this (see below)
