Provide URL for downloading all firmware images

Re: Firmware upgrade troubleshooting - checklist/procedure
I've been trying to update the the very old (very disappointing purchase experience) firmware (about 1.5 years old) of a newly purchased wipy3.0. The linux commandline tool did not work so I used the FTP upload. This is very tedious too as there are no links to the current firmware anywhere on the website (only links to upgrade tools but if they don't work it's quite pointless).
I'd like to suggest an easy to navigate directory unter https://software.pycom.io where all current and past firmware binaries can be accessed. The firmware updates section should provide a link there. I guess that would be the most obvious path of a new user to find firmware downloads.

We will be releasing the firmware update packages soon, here: https://github.com/pycom/pycom-micropython-sigfox/releases
They are not currently uploaded there yet but we plan on making them available there to make OTA updates easier. It is important to note you must update via USB at least once with a new device in order to be provided with mac address, sigfox PAC etc.

@floh I'm curious about why a new WiPy 3 contains an very old firmware?
-
Which firmware version for WiPy do you want ?

@floh you’ll find many of the links here:
https://forum.pycom.io/topic/517/downgrading-firmware-advanced-users
It hasn’t been updated with the latest versions, but you should be able to derive the right URL.
Note that old firmware versions did not support OTA upgrades. Also, the file required for OTA is slightly different from the one you can download.
You can always check out the GitHub repo for the firmware and built it yourself if needed.
