Is it possible to assign a different IP address to each of multiple LoPy single channel gateways on a single private network?

I have create a LoRaWAN server running on a local laptop and i am successfully collecting gps data and storing that to a database on my server. I want to (need to) connect multiple LoRa gateways to the same server. My hope is that the LoPy IP address is not 'fixed' inside the wifi module and therefore cannot be modified.
      Can anyone help?

IP addresses for WiFi are by default assigned with DHCP so if you have that on your network each LoPy will get it’s own IP address.
