TTN gateway key purpose?
I have followed the instructions to setup a nanogateway with Lopy and Lora. However, I cannot setup a node, how can I connect my node with OTAA? Apparently I need 3 pieces of information.
DevEUI (which is the device id)
APPEUI (which is the gateway one)
And app_key , which I don't know which is the correct one, but as I'm using TTN network, there is a gateway key that I have used for that field. Is that correct?
I receive an odd-string error, not sure why, maybe because the gateway_key is a 64 base value?
Thanks in advance

@edsonalcala You have to register an application first, and then a device with that application. Once you register an application, TTN will assign to it the APP EUI. If you register a device, you need the devices DevEUI, which is hard assigned. During devices registration, you have to enter the DevEUI and the APPEUI in the respecitve fields. the APPKEY will be generated by the TTN Server and then has to be copied to your Python scripts.
