Comipling error

Hello everyone,
I am new to pycom. I am using Lopy4. When I try to upload any code in atom, it does not appear in the pymakr pane. So I think so it's not compiling. First I was trying with loramac code,even it was not compiling. Then I started from scratch from LED blinking,even it has a same problem(its not showing in the pymakr pane).

• I have a error like this (Uploading project (main folder)... Not safe booting, disabled in settings).

Now I have to know how to start, how to get the name of the directory into the pane. Can anyone help through this ?
