NB-IoT configuration for USA

I'm trying to connect my FiPy to (any) US NB-IoT network (T-Mobile has announced the "completion" of rollout). Are there any sample configurations for T-Mobile (US), or any other NB-IoT network in North America? I am using Hologram and have connected the FiPy via LTE-M (over Verizon, through Hologram) as well as Senet's LoRaWAN network.
