Wipy 3 BLE packet size

Hi to everyone!
I would like to know if my Wipy 3 is able to send Bluetooth Low Energy packet with a size of 251 bytes (instead of the classic 20 bytes) since I read that the Wipy 3 is equipped with BLE 4.2.
Some topics dated a year ago confirm that this feature was not supported at that time. Has something changed?
