Unable to connect with Firmware Upgrade tool in windows 7

I have tried the sugestions i have found in similar treads in this forum with no success.

When i try to upgrade i get unable to connect

i can connect with putty and then get

ets Jun 8 2016 00:22:57

rst:0x1 (POWERON_RESET),boot:0x3 (DOWNLOAD_BOOT(UART0/UART1/SDIO_REI_REO_V2))
waiting for download

i have used flash debug tool and got this

i have one Expansion Board and two LoPy and they behave the same.

what else can i do?

I found the problem, the jumper for the TX pins were missing, i used the BAT jumper for the time beeing.
Now the upgrade works,
