Has anyone managed to use Fipy in the UK?

Hi all,

After much testing it turns out Sigfox and LoRa are not suitable for the application I have in mind due to patchy coverage, so my next plan is to try to use a FiPy. Does anyone know if LTE-M (CAT M1 or NBIoT) are functioning in the UK? I have done an extensive search but I can't find anything either way.
