GPy only shows band 13 supported

I'm trying to debug some issues where currently I am only able to connect to Verizon, and I don't even see other carriers listed in AT+COPS=? or AT+SQNMONI=9. I used to have a similar problem, but I was only able to connect to AT&T (though I did see Verizon listed).

In my troubleshooting, I ran AT!="showcaps" and on my GPy modules I see:

Does this mean I am only able to scan and connect using band 13 on the GPy? I have tried AT!="addScanBand band=2", but I still only see band 13 in the supported list.

Im having the same issue my self now, did you happen to figure out what the issue is?
