      I'm trying to debug some issues where currently I am only able to connect to Verizon, and I don't even see other carriers listed in AT+COPS=? or AT+SQNMONI=9. I used to have a similar problem, but I was only able to connect to AT&T (though I did see Verizon listed).

      In my troubleshooting, I ran AT!="showcaps" and on my GPy modules I see:

      == CAPS config =============================
        .Lock UE on SRV band : false
        .MFBI support           : true
        .TM8 TDD support        : false
      ============================================
      == CAPS ====================================
        . access stratum: R13
        . catM          : 1
        . nb-IoT        : 0
      -- EUTRA bands --
        . supported     : 13
        . board         : 3/4/12/13/20/28
        . admin         : 13
        . pending admin :
      -- EUTRA carriers --
        . admin         :
        . pending admin :
      ============================================

      On my older FiPy I see the output I would expect:

      == CAPS config =============================
        .Lock UE on SRV band : false
        .MFBI support           : true
        .TM8 TDD support        : false
      ============================================
      == CAPS ====================================
        . access stratum: R13
        . catM          : 1
        . nb-IoT        : 0
      -- EUTRA bands --
        . supported     : 28/20/13/12/4/3
        . board         : 3/4/12/13/20/28
        . admin         :
        . pending admin :
      -- EUTRA carriers --
        . admin         :
        . pending admin :
      ============================================

      Does this mean I am only able to scan and connect using band 13 on the GPy? I have tried AT!="addScanBand band=2", but I still only see band 13 in the supported list.
