Is it possible to set the LoRaWAN Frame Port for uplink payloads?

The proposed Cayenne LPP 2.0 protocol requires this: https://community.mydevices.com/t/cayenne-lpp-2-0/7510

Use the socket.bind( x ) where x is your desired port before doing the send
