FiPy cannot attach Telstra LTE Cat M

Hi everyone,

I am trying to connect to Telstra LTE Cat M with my FiPy 1.0 (firmware version 1.18.2.r7).
I have successfully upgraded modem firmware to CATM1-41065.
But whenever I run the code, it always show "not attached" (as you can see an example in the picture below).
I read many topics relating to this problem and tried to run many codes of others, the result is still the same.

Could anyone please help me to figure out this problem? Many thanks.

@diepducle You'll notice that that discussion includes quite a few things to get diagnostics from the modem, including the networks it sees... That could be useful information to share.
