FIpy Getting Started Wifi connection

Cant seem to connect to the fipy board via wifi. I have connected my laptop to the board's hotspot. I am using visual studio code and the pymakr extension.

Here is the error i keep getting "Connecting to `192.168.4.1...

Failed to connect (Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND 192.168.4.1 192.168.4.1:23). Click here to try again.
Connection error: Error: Login timed out"
