Reliable Voltage Source - where do I get it?

Just wonder where do I get reliable voltage source in order to calibrate the analog input to FiPy.
I do have multi-meter/voltmeter - can it be used? and if yes - how? In not then I'd appreciate your advice.
It might be the dumbest question you ever heard ;-) but I am not an EE and googling only brought me to some kind of design of that kind of devices...

@securigy You can use the multimeter to compare a voltage of y source you have with what you read with your xxPy device. That should be good enough for these devices. The ADC of the ESP32 is anyhow noise and instable.
