FiPy LTE-M Antenna Alternatives

So far I used regular WIESON LTE-M Antenna that I bought and it worked fine:

If I want to package the device there is a standard packaging container which is about 3" x 1.75" x 0.87" this package although ok for some applications is way too big for what I am looking for. I realize that it size was dictated by the size of the LTE Antenna above...

Is there any off-the-shelve alternatives to this antenna that are way smaller?
Can I use FiPy without external antenna? That is, is there any LTE-M built-in antenna inside FiPy?

For example, will this antenna work with FiPy?
