FiPy - Can I force force LTE-M ?

I have IOT SIMs from O2, and I would like to force the LTE connection to be LTE-M (rather than 4g). The CEREG command is reporting the current connection as +CEREG: 2,4.

Is it possible to force LTE-M (apparently there is cell coverage for LTE-M in this area)?

Having read a bit more I believe I am already using LTE-M. The CEREG command shows the value of 7, being the value of the access technology in use which I understand to be LTE-M (E-UTRAN).
