Can't register FiPy to PyBytes

I am trying to register/activate my fipy board to pybytes. Using this tutorial:

after flash is complete, the device is not connected to pybytes.
There was one weired thing in advanced settings section in Pycom Upgrade:
it recognized my board as SiPy even it is fipy. But maybe that is not the main problem.
After rebooting in v1.20.2.r4 it is still repeatey written this message to console:
the problem looks is this message:
Guru Meditation Error: Core 0 panic'ed (StoreProhibited). Exception was unhandled

That means you initially registered (probably accidentally) your device as a Sipy. Could you PM me your device WMAC and we can correct that

I tried to flash firmware from local disk (downloaded from this lcoation: https://software.pycom.io/downloads/pybytes/FiPy.html), but Fipy was not possible to upload
but Sipy yess from this location: https://software.pycom.io/downloads/pybytes/SiPy.html
I really do have FiPy, not SiPy
