can't add vodafone SIM card to pybytes

I order vodafone SIM card via pycom eshop. After adding Order number, it should add SIM card to pybytes. But even the message says SIM card was added, I do not see any SIM cards fro manage. Without this step I cant activate SIM card

Hi All,

Thank you for being patient. We have fixed the issue.

Please try to read your project using the order number.

Note: the Count of the months will be count from the first day you activate your sim.

Let me know if you got any issues during the adding/activating a sim under Pybytes

If this is going to take much longer, I would like my money back, the cards are unusable without activation and we've already lost 1 month out of the 12 we paid for and traffic does not carry over to the next month.

Anyone from Pycom reading these complaints? We're effectively blocked by this and the clock is ticking, we've subscribed for 1 year and haven't been able to use the SIMs at all since we've purchased them.

I have the exact same problem, 2 Vodafone SIMs ordered, I cannot add them to Pybytes. It does accept the order number and says SIMs were added but then it reverts to "You have no SIM cards".
