Error updating firmware: "Resource busy: /dev/cu.wlan-debug"

Hi Everyone. I'm trying to update the firmware with pybytes of a new chip I bought
Chip: Lopy4
Board: expansion board V3.1
Computer: MacBook M1, macOS 11.0.1

I make sure I close Atom and any related processes before running the software. However, when I try to update the firmware I get the message
"Resource busy: /dev/cu.wlan-debug"

I searched on google and found no answer. Has anyone encountered the same error and knows how to solve it?
