No Hotspots found - Pairing mode?

Hello,

i just recived my pyom helium hotspot.
I connected both antennas and plugged it in but if i scan in the pycon helium app it says No Hotspots found.

I think my hotspot is not automatically in the pairing mode there is only one green led.

Is there a way to enable the pairing mode manuallly?
Or do u have any recommondations for me what i can try?

Please help me i want to set up my hotspot as fast as possible

@Laurenz-von-Recklinghausen I hadn't the same problem but with one of the three we kept trying to enter the data until I thought of making a network scan. That revealed that the hotspot was already online (look for an unknown raspberry pi device). I think you must stop the maker app before trying again, just to be sure.

Thanks a lot that helped me.
i opened the case and was able to put the cards together but now i cant connect to wifi. i see my network in the app but if i connect and enter the password the screen is stucke at connecting to network.
Maybe its the same issue but the antenna and the cable are attached and i still cant connect with my wifi
