Error when trying to add or remove devices from webhook.

Hello,
I am getting an error when i try to remove or add the device to the webhook - the error is not specific and is always the same - "It already exists a webhook event with this name" which makes no sense given the task that i am doing at the moment. I also get the same error when i delete a webhook and try recreating a new one with the same name, then i have to change the name to a different one and assign device, in this case - everything works. As soon as i delete a device from the webhook - i cant add anything to it anymore.
Do you know how to solve this issue or what is causing this issue? Any help will be appreciated! :)
