can no longer access dashboard

before i used to type the i.p address and the login page would appear and ask for the details

password : admin
and silly_animal_name

now the page wont even appera typing in the ip address , i have cleared all my cookies etc etc it is not a web browser fault
so how do i get back to the dashboard ?? and make the page appear when connect direct to the ip address

SO NOBODY HAS AN ANSWER HERE THEN? , AND THE SUPPORT FOR PYCOM IS ALSO USLESS NO REPLY AFTER RASING A TICKET THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN SO LONG AS THEY GET THEIR 80% OF EARNINGS , I DONT THINK THIS MINER WILL EVEWN COVER THE COST OF THE ELECTRIC THATS POWERING IT RIGHT NOW
