Dashboard error logs meaning

Hi! I keep getting these error logs in Dashboard, a great number of them. What do they mean?

timeout in gen_server

Also, my miner don't really send any beacons and also do not witness any. What can I do? I opened the port, I reserved the IP address for the miner and also changed the antenna with a 3dbi gain. Nothing worked.
