Hotspot - not registered

Hi, I try to register hotspot with pycom iOS app. App says it can take for a while, but I have wait more than 48 hours and nothing:/ I even replace SD card - same result. I have even tried registering hotspot with MNTD app but result is same - app says it can take few minutes, but nothing change.
As I tried registering with two different apps (pycom and MNTD) with no success, isn’t problem on registration process itself? Like your license is off or something like that.
