Pymark won't open on Windows

I got an issue on Windows while trying to open Pymark. I managed to fix the issue by downloading and installing PyQt.

@jrk Thanks for your prompt reply.

Based on how you fixed it, I suspect #2 is the cause. Most probably a PATH order issue. For now, installing PyQt (and pyserial) on the "system's" Python as you did will make it run.

I already filled the bug report, and will be included for a future release. Thanks a lot for your detailed post on how you solved it.

@jrk In order to improve the Pymakr installer on Windows, can you please reply to a couple of questions?

1. What version of Windows are you using?
2. Did you have python already installed in your system?
