Problems updating FiPy

I just got my first FiPy and am having some problems updating the firmware for the actual FiPy. I have successfully updated the PyTrack. I have tried updating using the windows and mac updater. The problem is at the end of the update process it asks me to past the pybytes activation token. I do not have one. How do I get one? Can someone point me to the documentation on how to complete the firmware update.?The existing documentation at [https://docs.pycom.io/chapter/gettingstarted/installation/firmwaretool.html#second](link url) seems to be missing steps. Maybe I should know this I just can't figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

@thetechlink We are still investigating the issue, please use the following firmware updater in the interim:

MacOS
Windows
Linux

It will tell you there is a newer version available... please ignore this.

I Have the same problem with LoPy4. I'm using 1.14.1 updater.
No problem the first few steps, but can't get past the token screen.
Please help.
