OSError while upgrading Sequans Monarch SQN3330

Hi, I have an error when attempting to upgrade the Sequans Monarch SQN3330.
I'm following the guide as follows: https://docs.pycom.io/chapter/tutorials/lte/firmware.html
The error is shown below:
I have a nb-iot sim card provided by my local service provider. From what I understand, the upgrade in firmware is required to utilise NB-IoT.
