deep sleep shield not working with low rise power supply

Hello ,

I run a Lopy + deep sleep shield on my own board that has a power supply of 5V with a low rising time on VDD_L
in this case, the Deep sleep shield never start and VDD_H is never activated hence the LOPY never start.
I am assuming the PIC on the deep shield never POR because of this slow rising VDD_L .

I know there are ways in the PIC to take care of this ( PWRT can be used to extend the start-up period until all device operation conditions have been met), but without the PIC source code, there is no way for me to change that.
My Question , Can the PIC source code be available that I can enhance it ?
