Hello, I'm having a problem uploading to my FiPy,

This is the last message I received after trying a hard reset:

      rst:0x7 (TG0WDT_SYS_RESET),boot:0x16 (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOOT)
      configsip: 0, SPIWP:0xee
      clk_drv:0x00,q_drv:0x00,d_drv:0x00,cs0_drv:0x00,hd_drv:0x00,wp_drv:0x00
      mode:DIO, clock div:1
      load:0x3fff9028,len:8
      xxxxxfxfxxxfx~f怘xxfx怘fffTraceback (most recent call last):
      File "main.py", line 4, in <module>
      ImportError: no module named 'LIS2HH12'

But most of the time I get this message:

      Uploading project (main folder)...
Safe booting device... (see settings for more info)
      Safe boot failed, uploading anyway.
Upload failed.: timeout Please reboot your device manually.

Would be very grateful for any help you could give. The board is brand new so the firmware should be up to date

I had the same problem for FiPy but not sure if it is the same reason. But for my case after I updated the firmware for the FiPy it works normally now. Try it.
Download the firmware update tool from the link below
        https://docs.pycom.io/gettingstarted/installation/firmwaretool.html#first

Please be aware that the firmware for the FiPy is different the firmware for the Pysense.
