      Hi folks,

      I noticed visual studio installed an update a few days ago. Today, I connected my Lopy4 (on a Pysense 2) and the pymakr extension in visual studio code simply says "Failed to connect (Error: Port is not open). Click here to try again."

      I can manually connect to the Lopy via putty so the drivers and everything else seem to be fine.

      Please help?

        @Matt-Walter See this thread https://forum.pycom.io/topic/6809/pymakr-1-1-8-vs-code-failed-to-connect
        It's a recurring problem with almost every version of VS code.

          Thanks @robert-hh. Not sure how I missed that post in my initial search.
