no LTE connection to Pybytes [FSM]

Since the last update I'm having trouble connecting my FiPy to Pybytes via LTE. The FSM that I get is the following:

I've try with 5 differents devices that I used to connect with the same process, but get no data. Any idea of what could be happening?

I'm using the one from Pycom (Vodafone).

Can you please give more information, on which sim card you are trying to use, is it the one from Pycom (Vodafone or 1NCE)?
You can always send an email to pybytes@pycom.io if you want to avoid sharing information in public.
