Goodbye Helium Hotspot Miner & PyGo
-
Hi all,
Goodbyes aren’t easy, but we’re right here with you! Pycom B.V. has taken the decision to bid the Helium Hotspot Miner and PyGo adieu, making room for innovative and groundbreaking products that will be available for all of you.
But fret not! For anyone interested in continuing this project, we have material and IP available for sale.
Please contact sales@pycom.io for more details.

@Aisham-Zaha-0 Discontinuing a very expensive product in lesser than 12 months and pointing to a competitors solution to keep it running is a very clever strategy. At least I know now whom rather to trust (Nebra, RAK) when it comes to long time commitment to customers and partner. So it's not goodbye for me but very much good riddance Pycom.

Are you planning on replenishing your maker account so that the ones that were shipped can be onboarded? The Nebra firmware works great, but I have a couple that are NIB and cannot be onboarded due to the lack of data credits in the Pycom maker account.

Hi, Jean! For existing Pycom Helium Hotspot Miners, Nebra has developed a solution for you to manage them. Please check https://hub.balena.io/organizations/nebraltd/fleets/HELIUM-PYCOM for more information. Thanks!

What does that mean for existing miners?
