I must have totally missed your message. I posted the firmwares on the forum some time ago for a different user in your situation, but now we have the latest firmwares published in the documentation: https://docs.pycom.io/updatefirmware/expansionboard/ Best, Gijs

@xykon I did that more than a week ago, but didn't get a response (PYCSD-271). I figured my chances would be better on the forum, and it turns out they are ;) . You are welcome to help me here or via the support portal, I have no preference in that respect.

@robert-hh I had to connect G23 with GND as per the update process. The update failed 3 more times with the bash script but the last one using windows seems to have worked. Someone needs to work on the bash script! Many thanks for the help.

@brotherdust Don't supply 3.3V to the 3.3V pin. This is an output only. It can burn up the power supply chip.

@chriseb Which firmware version are you using? The latest release 1.17.3.b1 seems pretty stable.

For anybody else that might have this problem, before trying to erase the flash you need to have a wire connected between G23 and GND and reset the board.
