  Solved! Thanks again everyone. The problem was indeed that the antenna was mounted according to the specification for the LoPy1r, so it was actually on the LoRa 433-510 MHz antenna slot. After a quick range test I now receive packets at at least 400 meters distance. Many thanks, I thought I had gone crazy there for a while!

  @misterlisty I just told you what is work for me ..... BTW why did u remove channels? On this firmware u can set Region Eu, US AS from code without remove channels and add others ... Also you can try to set from your MatchX lbt_cfg": { "enable": false,

  @seb No luck with pull up resistors. There is also garbage when connected on P22/P21. PyTrack connected to the same pins with the same settings goes smooth. While connecting our L76-L there is no response on I2C ;-( only garbage response for i2c.scan(). Maybe you reconfigure L76-L chip through UART after mounting ? Will try to connect oscilloscope and/or logic analyzer

  hey @misterlisty great to hear you are trying to interact with the sensors on the PySense. I have found that watching Alex's Corner Week 7 video on YouTube was the best introduction, together with the basic main.py document on the GitHub and reading the datasheets of course! good luck and don't forget to post your project back on the forum!   Hello @jmarcelino I have currently set up a nano gateway and several nodes (with LoPy) on the 868MHz using the EU868. From what I understand, AS923 is supposed to be used, but there are no strict regulations on the frequencies around 868MHz as of today. It would be better to work on the 923MHz frequency, thus I am currently wondering if anyone has gotten any success on 923MHz, or AS923. When I tried to replicate the EU868 to the AS923, I couldn't get the TTN to display any values other than a random value to pop up only once. I was wondering if anyone with success or failures can share their experience.

  @misterlisty it's an optional parameter on the LoRa constructor which enables ADR (adaptive data rate), which is a LoRaWAN features which enables the node and network to adjust parameters (the most important being the data rate, but channels lists as well). Some MAC commands sent by the network are only honoured by the LoPy if ADR is enabled. However @jmarcelino says the network doesn't send those commands anyway, so it may not be useful. Also note that the current firmware version does not correctly preserve channel masks during deep sleep.

  @rachelsimida I gave up. I have my LoPy for 1 year and I cannot find a single working code that reads a sensor (dht22 for example) and sends it to the things network.

It would be really useful if you could put this small section of code on the Getting Started section of Pycom's LoPy documentation for those who are connecting to TTN; the most popular LoRa network in Australia/New Zealand region. I will try and post something in The Things Network Australia Community page too. If you would prefer, I can raise it through GitHub, but I suspect your ability to change the Pycom documentation is much quicker! thanks again for your help Jose.   @robert-hh Thanks for your reply. I only have two sensors at hand now. No matter which one I use, it's ok. Since the principle is completely different. For the two sensors, do you familiar with them? Can you teach me some direction about how to program if you know. It's hard to find the same topic in the website and I am extremely confused now.
