In case someone else comes along looking for a solution to this problem. Simply add this callback before the while loop: def char_notify_callback(char): char_value = (char.value()) print("Got new char: {} value: {}".format(char.uuid(), char_value)) And update the char condition: if ((char.properties()) & (Bluetooth.PROP_NOTIFY)): characteristic.callback(trigger=Bluetooth.CHAR_NOTIFY_EVENT, handler=char_notify_callback, arg=None)

Any progress here? What was your method of making your web app? I would like to do something similar. Not sure where to start but I was thinking about MicroWebSrv. Is that what you used?

@tschili There's a similar issue being discussed here: https://forum.pycom.io/topic/3436/expansion-board-3-0-battery-power-not-enough-juice It seems it's related to the Expansion Board 3.0 rather than the WiPy in that case, not sure if it's the same problem you have.

@jmpratt I don't think so, because the pin is hardwired to the antenna switch internally. This has been a problem for us, too. I would advise against using P12 for anything anyway, because it also selects the boot mode. Therefore it will force the device into safe boot if P12 is for some reason high while it is booting.

@robert-hh said in Security - IP Protection: @catalin Don't forget to lock the JTAG interface (if possible). There is a fuse to disable JTAG (JTAG_DISABLE). Furthermore, unless you build a firmware with DEBUG enabled, the JTAG IO pins are re-initialised as inputs with pull-down enabled during micropython startup.

@jhollan3 You probably need to add the sensor libraries to your lib/ folder on the device. Please check if you have SI7006A20.py there (directly on /flash/lib)

@gt1 If you press reset with files open and/or file operations happening the internal FAT filesystem will be “dirty” and everything is deleted on the next boot. Pycom is integrating a new filesystem (LittleFS from ARM) for internal partitions which should be more robust. I don’t nave a release date to share yet.
