Dear @Milan and @Martinnn, if you feel lucky, you might want to try our custom build just released on [1]. More background about this is available through [2]. Please be aware that you will have to erase your device completely before flashing in order to keep things straight. You will find respective references to this on the forum. Hint: Use pycom-fwtool-cli --port /dev/ttyUSB0 erase_all, see also [3]. With kind regards, Andreas. @EngeenerAtendee From menuconfig did you change the flashing port ? In the esp-idf it is set to /dev/ttyUSB0. Can you download the the Pycom firmware updater and do an erase all from the cli ? Then try to re-flash using the Pycom updater.

@EngeenerAtendee Each device should have a CS input, which must be pulled low to activate it. You can share SCLK, MOSI and MISO for all three devices, and have to pull CS low for the one that is to be used. So you need 6 GPIO ports.

@jmarcelino said in Working with UUID: For some reason I've not yet understood the bytes also have to be in reverse order of how you'd type them. Dear @jmarcelino, coming from [1], we have been able to shed some light onto the background of the byte-swapping of UUIDs within some Bluetooth stacks around and wrapped it up at [2] by a) reusing your uuid2bytes from above and b) complementing it with the inverted function. With kind regards, Andreas. @mdelhorno Please can you send you full code to support@pycom.io . The code below is working for me: from network import Bluetooth import utime bluetooth = Bluetooth() bluetooth.set_advertisement(name='Module_1', service_uuid=b'1234567890123456') bluetooth.advertise(True) bluetooth.start_scan(-1) # start scanning with no timeout while True: print(bluetooth.get_adv()) utime.sleep(0.2)

Hello, If you want, I propose a new powerful embedded Web Server for MicroPython (and CPython) that supports route handlers, modules like WebSockets or PyhtmlTemplate and a lot of simultaneous requests. Mostly used on ESP32, Pycom WiPy, STM32 on Pyboard, ... Robust and efficient (thousands requests on CPython!) GitHub - Open Source - MIT. --> https://github.com/jczic/MicroWebSrv2 <--

Hello, I released a fully new version (v2.0) of my web server here : https://github.com/jczic/MicroWebSrv2. Open source MIT, fully asynchronous, more robust, more fast and more efficient on Pycom modules. It is delivered with a good documentation. For captive portal, you can use a simple DNS server here (see readme) : https://github.com/jczic/MicroDNSSrv Thank you for your support and feedback. ☺️

@Peter-Ehses i had a wavershare 4.2 b/w display in the drawer which I never used. Now I grabbed that and tested it with mcauser's lib. It worked immediately. I used a ESP32, like WiPy3, with the micropython.org firmware.

Well, issue seems to be resolved! It looks like our new design had P8 pulled HIGH. According to this pycom ticket: https://github.com/pycom/pycom-documentation/issues/96 this will cause the firmware upgrade to have issues.... We removed the pullup from P8 (we are using it for another purpose).. and now are able to talk to the ext flash and update the firmware. Maybe this should be more clear in the pycom documentation?

@Joaquim-Vieira Are you sure it is COM4? You can verify by opening the device manager and plugging & unplugging your device. The COM port in questions should appera and disappear in the com sections of the devices.
